「今の自分だからこそ楽しめることがある」
そう思わせてくれる 素敵な人生観ですよね

🎃 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎃

The mornings and evenings are finally feeling like autumn, right? Loving this crisp, chilly air!𓏲𓏲 🍂

Now that the new drama "Blossom" (set right here in Iwakuni!) has started, I’m so excited to dive into the life and inspiring words of Chiyo Uno.◌˳˚( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ )｡♬｡*:.◌

She was all about staying positive and living by the vibe of "Life is a waste if you don't enjoy it!"

What a beautiful way to look at life. It reminds us that growing older and changing day by day is just another way to enjoy who we are right now.

Life gets so busy, and it’s way too easy to put our own minds and bodies on the back burner.

That’s exactly why we need to hit pause, even for a second, and tell our bodies: "Thank you for working so hard every day." 𖤣𖥧𖥣𖡡𖥧𖤣

Through lymphatic drainage, I’d love to help you completely unwind, melt away the tension, and leave your mind feeling super light and refreshed. ✨

Let’s keep being true to ourselves, staying cozy, and finding little moments of joy every single day.

Wishing you all a wonderful October!
Let’s make it a great month together. ˖𓂃.𖠿
